Mr. Grant holds an LLB from the University of the West Indies in British Common Law and an LLM from the renowned Harvard Law School in International Banking and Finance.  He also holds a legal education certificate from the Norman Manley Law School which entitles him to practice throughout the entire English speaking Caribbean.  He was called to this Local Bar in 1990 and has remained in good standing ever since. He is a former Vice President of the St. Kitts Nevis Bar Association, member of the International Trademark Association, member of the International Bar Association.

Chesley Hamilton:  BA Hons, LLB, LEC

Mr. Hamilton holds an honors BA degree from York University, Toronto, Canada.  He also attained his LLB from the University of Ottawa in British Common Law.  In addition he holds a Diploma in General Arts and Science from Seneca College, where he was the first student ever elected to the college's board of Governors.  He was called to the Bar in Ontario Canada in 1998 and has always maintained good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada.  He also holds a legal Education certificate from the Sir Hugh Wooding Law School, which entitles him to practice throughout the entire English speaking Caribbean.  Hamilton is also uniquely qualified to offer services in the US Market as NAFTA allows him as a Canadian professional.

Shawn K Richards BSC, MBA, CPA.

Mr. Richards attended the University of the Virgin Islands where he obtained a BA in Business Administration with specialization in Management and the Cleveland State University where he gained the Masters of Accountancy and Financial Information Systems. In the year 2002, Richards sat and passed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examination.  

Before joining Gibraltar Shawn Richards amassed a wealth of experience including Auditor with the Government of St. Kitts-Nevis and Credit Manager at Courts St. Kitts Ltd. His employment with the St. Kitts/Nevis Trading and Development Company (TDC) sees him as Board Secretary, accountant for TDC Airlines, TDC Tours and head of the Internal Audit Department where he is now the Senior Auditor for the TDC Group of Companies..

I. Keithley Phillip: BSc, MBA

Mr Phillip has over 10 years experience in business management and has a proven track record of success in sales and marketing has led teams in marketing and new product development. He has also performed such decision-support activities as staff performance management, budgeting, reporting, profit and cost management.

Prior to joining Gibraltar Mr Phillip worked for five years as Group Credit Manager with S.L. Horsfords Group of Companies where, among other duties, he was responsible for designing and implementing the company's credit policy and conducting risk assessment through the analysis of credit and financial information.

His experiences include over five years as a Bank Examiner with the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB), where he performed bank inspection and regulatory duties.
